Our expert designers are here to help you create the perfect dress! You can take all of your favorite parts of a dress and combine them into one masterpiece. But where do you even begin? Here are some things to think about when designing your perfect wedding dress.

Your Style

What kind of overall look are you going for for your wedding? Theres romantic, vintage, traditional, elegant, casual, glamorous, and more! You want your dress to match that theme and your personal style.

Which silhouette suits you best? A-lines are very traditional and flattering on most figures, sheaths work well for tall and petite brides, ball gowns are good if you want to define your waistline, and mermaids can enhance those curves! There are also short dresses and rompers or pant suits.

Sleeves can take any of the above silhouettes and make them into entirely different dresses! Consider your style, season, bust size, and body type, but you could go with short, cap, 3/4 length, one shoulder, off the shoulder, strapless, tank top, or spaghetti sleeves.

Material & Extras

Gleaming satin, timeless lace, intricate beading, full tulle, structured crinoline, there are many materials to choose from. Maybe your dress needs them all?

Think ahead to your wedding. Do you have a special necklace from a grandparent that youd like to feature with a certain neckline? Stunning shoes you want to showcase with a slit? What seasonal needs might you have? Once youve got the design basics you can add things like belts, veils, tiaras, and bling! Knowing which accessories you are on your must have list will also help aide the design process.

Finally, its important to know your budget ahead of time so your designer/seamstress can help direct you in the designing process and let you know what all of your options are.  Are you up to the challenge of designing your perfect dress?
